Finally done with our Bali trip *jumps with glee*, another set of happy memories documented on this lil space of ours (though it's slowly becoming mine and trying to sweep cobwebs from Leecher's desk) :) Before I plunge into another travel post, let me start this week with a series of bdae celebrations, beginning with dear Kenneth's bdae bash @ Avatar!
When Kenneth sent out the invite, tortoise mountain me don't even know where is Avatar, still need to google for the exact location. So, we met up with the rest of the gang for light dinner first - some food to fill the stomach before drinking session.
Wonder why we were all in specs? Cuz the theme of the party was geeky, so the best accessory - geeky specs. I wanted to turn up in my Happy Birthday candle specs, but gave that idea up as it didn't suit the theme.
Proceeded to Club Avatar, a Shanghai-inspired club @ Marina Mandarin Hotel, with their 360-degree DJ booth.
On a random note, one of Kenneth's friend was wearing this pair of panda shoes. Good strategy to wear such cute stuff to the party - provide a nice ice-breaking topic :p
Bdae cake for the bdae boy, Geeky Ken Ken :)
Surrounded by all the xiao mei meis, much to the envy of all the guys present.
His hands must be aching from carrying the heavy cake and taking group pictures with everyone.
Memento!
Flexing their (fat) muscle?
And they ended up so tired that they collapsed onto the sofa, drained of energy.

More pictures, with bdae boy and amongst ourselves! Been a long time since we all come to a club, but we concluded that we are too old for such thing, haha! Would rather chill out with a glass of wine on-hand at a quiet place.
In the midst of the party, the music stopped abruptly and the lights came on - spot checks by police officers. I stood by Leecher, all set and ready to whip out my IC, but they never ask for it :(
