Having our own love nest meant that we could have our own lil Xmas tree! Yes, 2 months late but better than never - a series of Xmas related posts coming your way :) We went hunting down for Xmas tree for the cosy corner & all thanks to Colin's recommendation, we managed to find an Xmas tree that was well within the budget.
Our loots for the Xmas season
Excited at setting up our own tree :)

Ta-dah! The 5 ft Xmas tree that we got. Initially wanted to get the 6 ft tree, but figured that it would be too big for the cosy corner.
Removing the figurines from their usual spot for the tree.
Leecher trying to figure out how to assemble the tree.
Done! Next, we need to remove all the plastic wrappers.
Which I was left in charge while Leecher took a break from exercising too much brain juice >.<
Vacuum the area first before we put up the decorations.
Final step - to decorate the tree!
Twirl the fairy lights all around the tree.
Yes, the theme was traditional red and gold :)
Hang hang hang :)
