One of the rare times where I actually set foot in town on a weekend; cuz I had to utilise my Isetan vouchers, hahaha ...
Leecher decided to leech on my vouchers & got himself a box of briefs; some munchies which I think ended up in Mummy's tummy.
As Bakerzin's macaroons was on promotion (6 for the price of $5), we decided to buy one packet to try. Quite expensive, I must say - but heck, since Leecher paying for it (without vouchers, wa ha ha)
Cam-whore with the very-expensive-and-gone-in-one-mouthful macaroons, to get the value worth. Leecher even tricked me into eating the coffee macaroon, saying that it's chocolate - asshole!

Gatherings in Mar 2009
Into the 3rd month of gatherings ~ the usual feasting during gatherings have morphed slightly this month where we engaged in healthy activities :)
Healthy badminton session with Blamer's colleagues and friends. Xiao Qiang, Blamer's fling in the office. (Blamer: wa ha ha, I think Leecher is jealous ~ WooHoo)
A "shag" out me and an "act pretty" darling. Obviously, I am the one that had actually worked out versus the slack Blamer.
And to prove her slackness, she actually went ahead to spoil her shoes so that she dun have to play any more badminton. (Blamer: I was busy running after the shuttlecock while LAZY leecher just stand and do nothing)
The food was decent - though my seafood udon was slightly salty. However, given the price tag, the serving was pretty big (good for stretching the dollar). The sweet & sour pork was my favourite! Oh, forgot to mention: THANK YOU LEECHER for footing the bill ~ there goes your ploy to leech on me! Wa ha ha ....
Dear Miaoli dropped by my office for lunch & we decided to go to my fave ba kut teh :) Ordered the 功夫茶, much to Leecher's delight. Think Leecher slowly morphing into an Uncle - who likes to sip tea.
The spread ... only my mum's version of 肉骨茶 can beat this. Service is super fast; food is served almost immediately when orders are placed.
Miaoli sported a new hairdo! Hope you like the coco-cheese that I made :) I am writing this down so I will not forget: You promised me your home-cooked lunch!!! Must rem ar :P

Proudly displaying her spoiled shoes. Looks like my wallet is going to bleed again.
(Blamer: There goes my 7-years-old-trusty shoes)
2. KTV Session with the Gals & XQ
We seek shelter @ Killiney when it started pouring one afternoon during lunch hour. I have never been to Killiney for their meals & we decided to try out their food menu. Leecher decided to drop by when he learnt that I was having lunch with XQ (haha, spot-check .... eh, I think is to leech on us, rather)(Blamer: There goes my 7-years-old-trusty shoes)
2. KTV Session with the Gals & XQ
Leecher & I went separate ways to meet up with our own group of frens on a Friday night. He fought custody for Dent Dent and I had to make do with Yilian's BB camera to take pictures. We sang for 3 hours & how-my-shoes-got-spoil incident became the joke of the session. Ya, no more badminton session till I sourced out my next pair of trusty sport-shoes.
A rare pic of my friends' meet up.Seldom have photo de. This was specially requested by me so that Blamer can put it on our blog. (Yes I got camera shy friends)
(Blamer: You fought custody with me & all you took was 1 picture???)

Wen Le's bdae
Happy Birthday!
Our door-gift ~ a picture of the Happy Family & chocolates to share the joy with them :)
With the stroke of the pen, I have become "Auntie Caihong", all thanks to Uncle Yunfa *arg* If ever there is a next time, I shall take over to write the names ...
Birthday bash held @ the playroom, so cute! Good way to exhaust the kid's energy; bet TianLe slept soundly that night as he was running all over the place.
Kiddy rides! They seem smaller as compared to the ones @ Paragon Trying to squeeze myself into them is no easy task!
Tuck in ~ quite a large variety to choose from: curry chicken; fried dumpling, vegetables, beehoon, fried rice etc.
How can I miss out taking pic with Cheerbear? The AF gang gave me this as a farewell gift when I left Hall 3, for they wanted me to be cheerful always, so sweet!
Tian Le taking charge of looking after the birthday cake for his little brother.
His new BFF - ChuanYew. ChuanYew has officially taken over my title of 小孩杀手!TianLe practising his feeding skills on ChuanYew. Or was he confused and mistook ChuanYew as his little brother???
Further affirmed his status as 小孩杀手. 我佩服得五体投地 ... ChuanYew must possess the aura that kids like. They seem to flock towards him endlessly, haha.

Quiz Night @ Harry's
"Are you feeling clever?"
The team went out in full force to support Charity Quiz Nite, held in conjuction with Elliott's bike trip from Sydney to Melbourne.
We ended up drinking "healthy drinks" in a pub, how interesting. Well, John decided to be supportive and ordered a beer to cool his mind for the upcoming quiz.
Participants are allowed to buy clues @ $5 buck each or buy the answers @ $10 bucks each. All proceeds will go to charity. As Rinta is in sales, it's part of her work nature to "bargain" for bulk discount, haha. With Elliott looking over things, NAH - we can abandon that thought :P
The answer sheet which we are supposed to write our answers. Oh man, looks difficult ~
Having killed millions of our brain cells, the food certainly came in handy for us! It's a pity there were no 2nd helpings :( We managed to come in 5th (out of 8 teams) and we raised $80 bucks for charity when we decided to auction away our prizes. Can't wait for the next event in May!

Freebies Hunters
Yup, the Freebies Hunters were out on the prowl one weekend. They managed to pounce upon dear friend Miao, for some FREE tickets to e-乐 award ceremony! Thanks a million Miao! (and to Amos too, the source of the free tickets!)
Looks like even the rain couldn't put out the enthusiasm of the crowd. Armed with the trusty red umbrella, one of the Freebies Hunters decided to take on the crowd head on... ...
But his partner, Freebies Hunters no 2, seems pretty ok queueing up and spend her time filling up the contest form at the back of the FREE tickets.
Freebies Hunter no 1 was pretty happy just sitting way up here. Better view too. Yay! Second free concert for the year!
One of Hunter no 1's fav local singers. Really got "Liao" one. Too bad she chose to start out in Singapore. This was a bad move. Most Singaporeans like 外国货, just look at Stephanie Sun and JJ Lim... ...
Oh, and there's the ticket sponsor, Amos(circled in red) with his band 臭皮匠! "Go Amos go! 我们永远 support 你!" shouted the Freebies Hunters!
The singer that sang the famous 一人一半song for the movie 881. Can't remember the name though.
Not forgetting JJ Lim, think Freebies Hunter no 1 paid more attention to the dance girls than him though. Wa ha ha. He was like the ambassador of Singapore music industry, keep asking the crowd to support 本地音乐, okie okie the audience will do it!
Finally the show stopper, regardless the different fan clubs, when it was time for this guy to perform, the whole place just turned into a sea of screaming hysterical mess. Freebie Hunter no 2 included.
By the way, think this is the first time Freebies Hunters ever stepped on the floating platform. Must take some more pics!

Nah... Freebies Hunters no 1 couldn't smoke thru the crowd, got to queue up like everyone else. Haiz...
